From discovery and design to build and ongoing support, get software integrations that work for your business

Fixed-fee pricing to help you manage spend and realise immediate cost savings

Are you frustrated by software systems that won’t talk to each other? Applications that need you to change up your existing business processes? Tools that can’t adapt to your business rules?

Too many businesses aren’t getting the full benefits that technology can offer. Staff are needing to spend hours each month manually transferring data between systems, leading to errors or meaning that you can’t access up-to-date information for quick decision making.

This is where Exponic comes in. We’re specialists at integrating systems so you can save time and money, and unlock the true potential of technology to drive efficiency and growth.

Software that’s tailored to how you do business

Exponic will work with you to understand your business, your processes and the challenges you need to solve.

Here’s how we do it.

  1. Planning
    • A no-obligation discovery call to determine your challenges, identify your project requirements and explain how the process works in more detail.
    • Exponic will create a proposal outlining the project scope, as well as terms and pricing for the agreement.
  2. Research & Development
    • A detailed requirements gathering workshop, identifying any specific business rules and processes to be managed via the integration.
    • Design, build and test the integration software.
  3. Refinement
    • Your team completes user acceptance testing, identifying any issues.
    • Remediation of any issues by Exponic.
  4. Release
    • Transition into production with live data being processed and published based on agreed schedules.
    • Ongoing operation, monitoring and management.

Once your integration is live, you will continue to get ongoing operations support for the duration of your contract. This includes:

  • Monitoring and reviewing of transactions, with reporting of any anomalies or issues
  • Support for issues with the integrations (for example, data missing, incorrect data, errors or outages), with investigations and cause analysis by Exponic
  • Changes and updates to the software to cover minor business process changes
  • Resolving bugs or logic issues where the issue is caused by a problem with the software
  • Changes and updates to the software if one of the external systems performs an upgrade that breaks the integration.

Full details of inclusions and exclusions will be provided in your proposal, with comprehensive terms and conditions.

Fixed-fee pricing, paid monthly

Managing business budgets can be tough. You know you could save money with better technology systems, but finding the lump sum to pay upfront isn’t possible.

That’s why Exponic offers a fixed project fee for our software and data integrations, with an ‘integration-as-a-service’ model where you pay the same monthly fee for the life of the agreement (typically one to three years). You can immediately offset the labour costs of duplicate handling, while reducing errors and freeing up staff time for revenue generating activities. Instead of an upfront capital expenditure, you can spread the expense over several years with the added benefit of ongoing support and maintenance included for predictable budget management.

Pricing includes the initial analysis, build and deployment, as well as ongoing support and maintenance. At the end of your agreement, you can renew at a new price point for service continuity if the integration is still required.

Project fees start for less than the monthly salary of a junior data entry clerk, with locked-in pricing for the duration of your contract.

Is your business a good fit?

Exponic can work with businesses across a wide range of industries. Our typical clients are businesses with around 50+ employees who are ready to take advantage of the efficiency gains from removing manual business processes.
